What is conservative financial management?

Someone please explain in simple terms for a layman? If the current and quick ratios are higher than industrial average, does that automatically make the company a conservative management? Thanks Leftie, I actually do not know what they mean.. never knew conservative management was medical related!

Usually, and correct me if i wrong, Conservative management is usually always related to a medical situation. But..... you had to insert the word 'financial'. I bow to you.
