specialization is better in financial management or human resource management?

i have to choose from them as major subject and another minor ,which one should be major and which one minor?

1. For Financial Management, you almost definitely need to learn all the theory in school; while HRM you can easily pick up on-the-job. So might be a better idea to major in FM and minor in HRM. Furthermore, Finance and Accounting is the hot industry now...
