- War is a result of Greed! (The more you have the more you want) And i do not think there is an econimic solution to that. You could be more helpful if you look for a social system that helps put a plug in that...which as of today is impossible because all the social systems have neglected this aspect so much so and for such a long time now that it has left its imprints in our genes...which is kind of very difficult to erase.
- The best economic policy would simply be a non-economic policy. A return to barter and communal support would be the best IMO, alas, no one would stick to it. All currency (whether fiat, metal-backed or otherwise) is inherently flawed because there must be winners and losers. While some would say this is the way it should be, I think that, too, is a flawed system.
- I do not think any kind of Economics can be developed which can run all the world to peace. The main causes of wars include : - Personal greed's of individuals. - Pride of the nation. - Spreading commercial activities. - Showing supremacy. - Economic condition of the two countries . etc. Non of the type of economics can satisfy all these desires of a few individuals and hence, can not avoid confrontation, wars and destruction. -
- Dear Brother, to decide upon the policy, we should first look into what the universal economic problems are: 1) The human wants are unlimited. 2) The resources to satisfy these wants are scarce. 3) The scarce resources have alternative uses. Thus my friend, you can notice that as far as unlimited human wants are concerned, PRIORITISATION of wants will give direction to utilisation of resources. This is possible through religion, as it will tame the humans to distinguish between good and bad wants and also decide as what things should be given priorities in life. As far as scarcity and alternative uses of resources are concerned, qualitative and efficient utilisation of existing resources and discovery of alternative resources to substitute the non-replenishable resources like mineral oil will definitely pave the way for highly economical and reasonable results.
- I think there should be a global economy and every country should extract just as much as they want. We all need to remember, God has given us enough to fulfil our needs but not our greed!
