What positions or experiences a finance student should pass through ?

what positions , fields or qualifications a finance student should pass through to be able to become a financial manager ? Or what's needed also to become a financial analyst ?

1. start with brokerage firms. start at the bottom. they will give you good experience.
2. Get a job at a brokerage firm or investment company / adviser, and start at the bottom. While you gain experience, try to position yourself into an analyst role (you won't get into this right away) and work towards your CFA.
